Double sided textured mat. A perfect way in which to mix water or oil with either blendable pencils such as Polychromos Pencils or water coloured pencils.
To use add small amount of either blending solution or water to the relevant rough mat surface. Then scribble the desired pencil colour into blending solution or water
Colour can be applied to work with paint brush, Perga Blending nibs or mini applicators
