Terms and Conditions of use

Ownership of and responsibility for the goods will pass to you once they have been paid for and delivered.


Delivery to United Kingdom

We offer free shipping on all orders over £15.00 in value delivered within the UK. Orders under £15.00 will be charged at £3.50 P&P.  Please note that it can take up to 10 working days to receive your order, especially during busy periods. If a customer places more than one order in quick succession, we will usually try and consolidate these orders into one shipment.

Delivery to all EU Countries

Deliveries to all EU destinations will be charged at £12.50 per order.

We try to ensure all orders are sent out within 3 working days but at busy times this could be a little longer.  All orders are sent by Tracked International Royal Mail.

If a customer places more than one order in quick succession, we will usually try and consolidate these orders into one shipment.

Please note that unfortunately, we cannot deliver to international PO Boxes.

Delivery to Other Countries

International deliveries to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other countries will be charged at £15.00 per order.

Customs Duties

If you live outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These import duties are levied by customs at the point of entry to the destination country, and are out of the control of ParchCraft Australia (UK). If your parcel is liable for import duties or other taxes, they must be paid before the parcel is released by customs for delivery. Please contact your local customs office to obtain more information about your country’s customs policies.


All products on ParchCraft Australia (UK) website are inclusive of VAT which is at a rate of 20%.  This may be subject to change in line with the Government policy.

Out of stock 

In the event that a product is out of stock when the order is placed you will be contacted and advised. Where possible we may be able to suggest a similar alternative product or advise on the delay to get the product back in stock. You will have a choice to wait for the product to be in stock or receive a refund. If we do have to cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will credit to your PayPal account as soon as possible. You will not be entitled to any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Our right to cancel

We reserve the right to cancel your order if the goods ordered are unavailable or discontinued, or if one or more of the items ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a error or an error made by us or received by us from our suppliers.

Manufactured Faults in Goods

Goods received should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Where a claim of defect or damage of manufacture is made, the goods shall be returned by the buyer to the seller, along with written details of the defect or damage. In certain circumstances our suppliers may wish to repair rather than replace products and you will be advised of this. Where a repair is not possible the buyer will be sent a replacement product, and a full refund will only be issued where the replacement cannot be made for whatever reason.

Your right to cancel

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase but if you change your mind you may cancel your order immediately after payment and before dispatch, which will always be for the first postage available. Following such notice any goods delivered to you must (except where goods are of faulty manufacture) be returned at your own expense.

A refund of the price you paid will be made on receipt of the returned goods. The goods must be received back by us, unused and in new condition, in the original packaging by a recorded delivery service at your own expense.

The goods you return are your responsibility until received by us so we strongly recommend that you buy suitable insurance to cover the transit any valuable items, as we will not be responsible for any goods not delivered back to us.

Under no circumstances, other than in the event of faulty goods, will refunds include our shipping costs or be considered where the manufacturer’s seal has been broken, packaging opened or the packaging of any disks, Digital Versatile Disks (DVDs) or diskettes, has been opened or interfered with.


By placing an order you authorise the seller to process a PayPal for the total sale amount. Your order will be processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and will appear on your statement in your own currency at the conversion rate prevailing at the time by PayPal.

Events outside our control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, third party default, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, adverse weather, fire, explosion or accident.

Free Postage

All available goods qualifying for free postage will be sent the next postal day by First Class Post.

Third Party rights

A person or party not party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any part of these terms and conditions. This does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.


If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.


The customer is deemed to have read and accepted these terms and condition upon completing the order and making payment.
