Perforating

  1. I started with Pergamano in the early 90’s and lost it all in a house fire. I’ve been slowly creating what I need again as I have friends interested in learning this art. Does anyone have a further knowledge to share of this “Convent Art” as I’ve heard it called in the 15th Century? I only know of what Martha Ospina has written in her first book and need more details if any is known. I’m in a recreation group (SCA) and they asked me to find out.
I was very happy with my order of pricking tools and it came fairly fast to the U.S. than I had experienced with a past order from another company transaction! You have a great choice of supplies and I appreciate your sale on tools as I am creating basic sets for four students. Thank you, Ellen Ottoson

      1. Thank you Meryl. It looks familiar, I believe I’ve seen it then. I am trying to find out more from my friends in Mexico. I hope the university professor has spoken with the Museum curator so far in Guanajuato.
