About Parchment Worldwide

Parchment Worldwide are craft suppliers specialising in supplying Parchment Craft Products. Who offer a wide range of ParchCraft Australia (PCA) and Pergamano tools and equipment.

With over 20 years’ teaching experience we promise you a reliable and professional service in providing you with tools, materials and accessories, some of which are unique to this website.

Who also offer some great free patterns from several designers, all that is asked is that you credit the designer.

Orders

If you are within the UK, orders over £10.00 are sent free of charge by 1st class postage, orders are normally dispatched the next working day, on occasions due to outside teaching commitments this is not always possible.

If you are elsewhere, shipping will be sent tracked and insured and will be reduced by the cost of UK 2nd class postage.  So everyone benefits!

Stock

If something is out of stock, we can back-order it and will make sure you receive it with the minimum of delay.

  1. I was building an order, but this morning received an email thanking me for my order and that it was being processed.
    It has on it my intial things I was going to order and then changed my mind a few days later and was increasing the order. I had at first put my credit card number in, but took it out when I decided to increase order.
    Was my credit card kept in your system and later processed. The email I received said it is my order from Nov. 28.
    If this is the case, I am alright with everything except the keeping of my credit card and if it was ordered on the 28 of November why am I just getting an email December 4?
    Will the shipmeny arrive before Christmas?

      This is my second email to you today – the first was, see below-

      Thank you for placing the parchment order on Parchment-Worldwide website. I have to tell you that at the moment the payment has not been processed and the money has not been credited to my PayPal account. If you still require these goods could I ask you to check your PayPal account to see why the money has not been transferred.

      Please note where I say no money has been transferred to my PayPal account for the goods ordered.

      Now I reply to your email in “speech marks” below-
      You say you were building the order and change your mind a few days later, this I am not able to see from the website show area, all I can see is that there is an order sitting there without any payment being made since 28th November, I gave 5 days in order for any payment to be processed via PayPal. As no payment had been made I asked the question if you still require these goods.

      As all payments for any purchases from my website are made through a third party i.e. PayPal I have no record, no credit cards numbers are kept on my system i.e. website because a customer has to log on to PayPal to pay for goods from my website. This was set up this way to protect not only the customers in keeping their information safe but also to protect me because there is no way in which I could possibly get that personal information from the PayPal system.

      As I have said my only reason for contacting you was to ask if you still wanted the products and if you did then payment would have to be made by you via PayPal either as a guest with your credit/debit card or a member of PayPal transfer.

      I hope this clarifies the situation for you that no your credit card was not kept in my system and no it was not uses later to process the order, there has been no payment received for this order. The order will not arrive before Christmas if the payment is not made.

      If you want to make things easier I can send you a PayPal invoice?

      1. Thank you for your repy, sorry I did not see the first one. Yes, I do want the goods, but I was going to pay with credit card as I have no pay pal account.
        I will get this done right away. The order will be bigger than what was in it at first.

    I am so sorry about the confusion, I have been sick and not thinking to well. If I could just have that initial order for now that will be fine and if it has been erased I understand. The Pay pal invoice sounds the easiest as I am sure I can still use my credit card with that.
