Pinta Perla is an acrylic paint which is elastic in structure, it is used to paint onto parchment paper or vellum, giving a pearly finish to the finished project
Due to it’s elasticity parchment it is possible to emboss as pinta perla stretches with the parchment.
The end results are a brightly coloured, pearly finish to the project
